Yes, being your inner sun! How’s that for a unique topic?

To start, let’s give this funny-sounding focus a little reference.

Let’s think about how the unique planets of our solar system

circle loyally around our star, the sun,

endlessly drinking in its life-giving rays of fiery power

and absorbing its valuable nutrients—

nutrients that allow them to thrive and flourish,

all because their star’s generous gifts endlessly nurture them.

I don’t know if it ever occurred to you,

but you also possess a sun, your very own life-giving star.

Like our solar system’s star, your sun is perfectly designed

to feed and nurture every need that exists on the planet that is ‘you’—

that is, it supplies every nutrient you might ever need.

How about if I be a bit more specific!

I’m inviting you today to reflect on a remarkable truth—

that you hold within yourself three unique suns,

each one of them holding a vast resource of life-giving nutrients,

valuable gifts that are available to you, and especially to the many inner planets,

or aspects, of your personal needs.

Let’s look first at the sun called your heart, your personal source of love—

pure love, infinite love, divine love, empowering love,

healing love, forgiving love, expanding love, delicious love!

This rich resource of love is powerfully headquartered in your heart.

From that source of activity, it knows no bounds, feels no limitations

and it’s rich in nutrients like healing, expansion and empowerment.

Together, let’s imagine you living a life that is prompted and motivated

purely and powerfully by this mighty phenomenon of love!

Picture yourself perceiving everything that happens in your life

through the oneness-inviting eyes of pure love!

Imagine yourself living every moment being in love—

in love with yourself, others, every circumstance and every moment!

Indeed, this is the power of your heart’s inner sun, the power of pure love.

Right now, I’m inviting you to actively welcome that sun’s unique nutrient of love,

welcome it into your awareness, your embrace, your experience.

What is that like for you—being love in every moment, in every circumstance?

While you’re digesting love more and more deeply,

let’s turn our perception to your second sun, your soul,

your personal internal source of light—

infinite light, pure light, awakening light, penetrating light,

healing light, empowering light, truth-exposing light!

What if you truly saw yourself as a bigger-dimensional being of radiant light—

a bright, radiant light that wears human clothes and walks around like a human being,

but that is internally empowered to shine light onto every aspect of your life?

What if you knew, really knew, that, as a light being,

your very soul houses that light, keeping it ever ready for action,

bringing it into expression at a second’s notice whenever appropriate!

What if you knew that, as a light being, you ‘came to earth’

for one main, singular reason—to shed and shine your bright light

on every aspect of yourself and everyone around you,

to bless this planetary home and all its life forms,

especially that life form called human,

with your light’s unending blessings and penetrating gifts?

Let’s take a moment together right now to be that light!

Let’s invite your soul’s light to show itself to you, to shine its light on you,

to bring its healing and nurturing softness into your body,

to shine its penetrating power into your energy field

and to open your awareness to expansively new heights

simply by flashing its focused rays of light everywhere within you!

What is it like, in this very moment, literally to be the light

and the being of light that, in your deeper truth, you really are?

Yes, you possess this inner sun called light—indeed, you are this very light.

And, yes, every needful planet within your human make-up is privileged

to drink in its blessings and be enriched by its radiant gifts every day.

Let’s turn now to the third sun, one that lives even more silently within you.

Let’s visit the sheer emptiness that we call your quantum source,

your deepest resource of personal renewal and re-creation!

As you know, the deepest-of-all truth about you is that

you are a quantum non-being—

one who is here, dancing in the masquerade ball of planet earth,

all dressed up as, and convincingly pretending to be, a real human being,

playing a convincing role of being physically empowered and energy-driven,

who needs to be fed daily—with food, love and light, for example …

but whose most important food is, indeed,

the quantum-void’s silent but all-powerful life force.

Ahh, your very own quantum source, your very own central sun,

your very own creative juice, your very own super-power!

How fortuitous, how fortunate, to have this quiet but all-powerful resource,

daily reminding you about, and calling you to live in,

this profound truth about yourself—

the truth that you appear to be a real human, but in truth you are a dream,

the truth that you are playing a creative game of make-believe,

making believe that you are three-dimensional rather than multi-dimensional,

making believe that you are limited rather than all-expansive,

making believe that you are confined in space rather than designed in oneness …

and making believe that you are deprived of power, love and light

when in truth you are that quantum power,

you are that very love

and you are that liberating light!

For this brief moment, let’s sit in this bigger truth, this quantum truth of

‘who you are’!

Let’s reflect on the mighty quantum power that is your endless source!

Then, from there, let’s listen anew to the soft, sweet voice of your heart’s love,

as it beats its sounds of renewal throughout your body!

And let’s attune to your soul’s pure light

as it shines its focused rays of awakening into your every cell!

Indeed, what mighty, expansive, bigger-than-life beings we are,

despite our story-book fantasy that we are not!

Just for the record, f I may, I’d like to take a moment to point out to you

that you and I actually have several more suns, other internal sources,

each of them a wellspring of invigorating nutrients within ourselves.

For example:

· the thoughtful ‘mind power’ of our consciousness,

· the dynamic earth-air-fire-water power of our body’s nature,

· the primal and organic energies that permeate our chakras,

· the divine quality and power of our own spirit, and

· the power of bigger-dimensional infinity that rests within us.

These other inner suns are also available to us, anytime and anywhere.

Indeed, we have within us so many suns,

each of them spewing forth gifts of healing, empowerment, awakening,

each of them alive and well, ready and willing, eager and skilled

to give us whatever gift we need anytime, day or night.

What fortunate, remarkable beings we are!

Let’s conclude our brief but sacred time today

by taking a moment to connect anew with each of them.

First and foremost, to connect with our heart’s love,

our soul’s light,

our energy’s power

and our quantum source’s creative might.

Let’s be grateful for each of these dynamic sources as they feed us,

nurture us, empower us, awaken us and lift us up above the clouds

of any personal ignorance or perceived limitation,

as they lift us up, up, up to the heights of their own wisdom and truth,

up to the zones or realms whence those mighty powers originate!

Let’s invite those gifts, right now, to lodge within our human minds,

take up fuller residence in our deeper energy field,

fill our consciousness at all levels with their wisdom,

awaken our body’s cells to their primally enriching juices

and fill our entire humanity with their beyond-human resources!

Thank you so much for spending these sacred moments with me

and, especially, with these power-packed suns that nurture you every day.

may you experience these mighty sources more and more fully!
